Apartment owners are free to use their homes as much as they like or choose to rent them out. The rental manager will assist you before, during and after your stay and can organise the rental of your apartment for short or long-term. Fractional owners can have up to six-month usage for the one-bedroom apartments and four months for the two-bedroom apartments, if they desire.
CONCIERGE AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Nelson's Retreat will have a dedicated concierge manager on call to assist with any and all bookings and services requested by owners or their guests. Fees vary depending on the service provided. Property management will be provided by Blueprint Development.
